Check-in happens at your assigned field, immediately before each game kicks off. The referee will handle it field-side — no tournament office stops, no headquarters detours. Just arrive ready to play with your documents in hand.
The Checklist

Team Roster
One (1) printed copy
Bring a single printed copy of your official team roster to each game. Have it ready when you meet the referee at the field.
Player Passes
All rostered players
Bring current, valid player passes for every athlete who will participate. The referee will verify these against your roster prior to kickoff.
